Tinctures are potions of healing plants extracted into alcohol. I immerse, fungi, leaves, flowers, bark, or roots in vodka and store them in a dark cupboard. They are agitated daily, given incantations and each allocated an ‘intention’. Kept for a minimum of one moon cycle (preferably for 3, 7 or 21), small quantities (homeopathic measures) are consumed for their health-giving quantum quintessential and metamorphic properties, or they can be used topically for massaging the body.
